Great caring staff and physicians. The office manager is really great as well.
Dr. Aleman goes above and beyond while treating his patients. Never have I ever met a more caring physican. He spends time and really listens. Came to see me in the hospital on his own time.
Hey, I’m just letting you guys know that you’re very awesome, I’m a young mother of 2 with a HMO PLAN, I’m a patient of Kim who is a phenomenal person she cares like I’m her sister who wants the best for me, she send me to the best specialists, and always sending my prescription on time, yes I sometimes have to wait for referrals but the office always made sure they send them on time for any appointment I have. The office is awesome, never had any problems but I have to admit my HMO PLAN sucks but Kim make sure I’m taking care of, I’ve never had to call twice for anything I’ve called about this office is one of the best for most offices I’ve ever been to very professional and I love how big it is. Prettelt center for family health is the way to go.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Prettelt for many years and now that he’s no longer seeing patients I am now under the care of Dr Aleman, two wonderful Doctors both are caring and lovable, Dr Aleman takes out the time to listen and give the best advice. He has helped me with all my health needs and the staff is amazing from the front office to the back the referral process is easy and the new patient care coordinator is awesome he’s all there when needed and gets the job done asap since I’ve been a patient there it’s been a wonderful experience, yes it was hard to get a new patient appointment in the beginning but I’m so thankful I’ve decided to go with this office, they treat me and my family like family a very good office if you may need a family Doctor.
I have been a patient for many years, of both the MD and nurse practitioner. I love them all! I have an HMO plan which has never been a problem since I always get my referrals without a problem. They refer me to specialists that I like but I have the best experience with their office, their staff treats me like family...they are extremely passionate.
