  I had an issue with a purchase where the pricing originally shown did not reflect the invoice price from City Mattress that was emailed. I returned to the store where Vicki and Gary credited me what the original price quoted. They were very helpful.

  My experience was awesome! Vicki was the saleswoman that helped me and she made me feel at ease immediately when I entered the store. She asked me what I was looking for and my price point. She showed me several styles and helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. She was even able to honor the sales price for my mattress from Presidence’s Day.
  It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend City Mattress for anyone looking to purchase a new mattress. I would also recommend Vicki as well!

  Our sales person, Kelly, was very professional and knowledgeable about the mattresses we were considering. We purchased two twin Denali 2 mattress sets. Delivery went seemlessly as promised. On time, very efficient!

  John was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed his approach. The entire transaction occurred over two days and during that period of time he was lay back but was there to supply all of our answers. Thus far we’ve enjoyed very comfortably nights of sleep.
  As to the delivery crew they were very efficient, friendly and cooperative.

  Mattress shopping is not the most exciting or enjoyable experience I can think of doing on a Saturday. But, I want to give credit where credit is due. I was recently at the North Palm Beach store in need of two mattresses. I worked with the store manager John. I told him exactly what I needed and he showed me just what I asked for. No high pressure, no ''just try this one", no "this is a little out of your budget but you will love it" sales pitch. The price on the beds includes the box spring, which other companies up charge for a box spring. The experience was actually very pleasant and the delivery happened just as I asked. All in all, I will recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a mattress. Thank you John for your professional and courteous manner. Much appreciated.
