  I joined Fit Destiny with a few friends to help motivate them to start a good workout routine. I was a member of another 'gym' already and thought this would be a piece of cake. Brandon really knows his stuff and took my workouts and training to another level. His sessions are fun, and challenging, and he takes the time to correct everyone's form so they get the maximum benefit from each exercise. He is a genuine trainer and leader that really cares about each person in the class. You'll feel like you hired him as your personal trainer each time you go to a class. He really does keep it "REAL".

  Struggling with Anorexia since I was 14 years old off and on for years but it hit me the hardest 2 and a half years ago and I had lost all hope. I was lifting weights, but still starving myself and doing it all wrong, while trying to complete a medical program at South University and had gallbladder removal surgery, it was hard. No matter who I went too or who tried to help me, nothing worked. Until I reached out to a personal trainer who was recommended by a couple friends. I met with him May of 2017 and it changed my entire life! I am now almost a year recovered and the healthiest both mentally and physically then I've ever been. I had overcome tough battles mentally but Brandon Sellnow was there through it all. He is by far the most talented Personal Trainer, Health & Fitness Coach, Life Coach and Nutrition Expert. His talents exceed anyone I've ever met and worked with. He not only helps people reach their fitness goals but he helps them all around mentally and physically. And it truly is his passion, and it shows. I've learned to love and embrace myself, along with food, my body and everything in life. I've learned how my body works, because everyone is different and it's empowering. Brandon has taught me SO much about myself. I have no fear of food or the mirror anymore! Thank You FitDestiny and Brandon Sellnow for changing my entire life and helping me overcome my toughest battle.   When I joined Fit Destiny in November 2017 I had not been working out for a very long time and my weight was at an all time high. Four months later it was the best decision I could have made. Brandon is such a dedicated coach and truly cares about your success! His group classes are wonderful and he always makes sure you are using the right amount of weights, and doing each exercise correctly and safely. His meal plans are effective and I never feel deprived. You will not find a better trainer or gym than Fit Destiny. As someone who has tried those other chain fitness classes and gyms, I can tell you not to waste your time on those. If you're looking for a gym you'll look forward to going to each day and be a part of a fit family, look no further than Fit Destiny!

  Absolutely LOVE this gym! I never thought I would find a gym I would be excited to go to. Brandon is extremely helpful and makes sure you are doing the exercises right and offers modifications when needed. He really pushes you so you are giving it your all. His meal plans are great too! I’ve consistently been losing weight and inches. Everyone who attends the classes are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this gym!
