Bob Leach is the best property manager--bar none!
I had the privilege to talk with him over the phone about leasing my recently vacant home in Wellington FL. He set my mind at ease and professionally explained to me the Blue Ibis service and immediately listed my home on MLS. He arranged a high-quality cleaner, and repair organization to prep the house. Because he knew the area, and my desire to rent the home to a good tenant, he soon found a match. After reviewing the applicant, he made arrangement with the HOA for a screening. Finally, he went the extra mile to do a final 'walk through' with the new tenant at the residence to make sure everyone was satisfied.
I have another home in Deerfield Beach, which I am considering having Blue Ibis manage because of the high quality service from this experience.
