  I had been curious about acupuncture for a while. I am so grateful for Sarah and her practice! Acupuncture has changed my life and Sarah makes the experience very calming and pleasant (after all she is sticking tiny pins in your body!) I look forward to seeing her for our appointments and the relief acupuncture has offered for my anxiety. Total game changer. Also in helping other specific target issues such a scar healing, nightmares, and wrist pain. I highly recommend Sarah!

  I cannot express in words how graceful I am that I found Sarah. I injured my lower back and butt working out. I couldn’t bend over fully and the pain was intense. The chiropractor helped at first, but after a month I still wasn’t getting much reprieve. My mom suggested acupuncture. I had never been before, but was willing to try anything to combat the pain.
  
  Sarah was welcoming from the minute she picked up the phone. She had a hunch that it was more than my back that was injured. It indeed was- my piriformis was jacked up. It took about 7 sessions but each time it it lossened and I am now able to have full mobility again. In addition to the acupuncture she suggested some natural supplements to help with the inflammation. I have added magnesium into my daily routine.
  
  The therapy is extreamly relaxing for me, and I fall asleep nearly every time I’ve been there. In addition to the pain lessening I alway feel lighter and just better when I leave. Sarah is not only great at what she does she is a kind soul. I highly recommend.

  Sarah Smith is an extremely compassionate, gentle and professional person. I have seen Sarah approximately every week for the past 6 months. Her acupuncture is very effective and has help me get through various debilitating side effects from very aggressive chemotherapy treatments. Sarah asks how you are doing and listens to what you say and adjusts her treatment accordingly. I truly believe if not for Sarah's compassion and knowledge of her skill, I would not have been able to endure the side effects that I was experiencing. To me, what was amazing was that I was able to feel the sensation of the acupuncture points working, which is a testament to me that Sarah got it right!! I highly recommend Sarah, she is truly amazing and I promise that you will not regret your experience with her.

  I came in with knee pain from an old sports injury. After two months of acupuncture, I was able to do a 10 mile hike and several long walks with no pain the next day. It was incredible! Sarah Smith walks her clients through each step of treatment and makes each session very relaxing. She's wonderful!

  I highly recommend Sarah for acupuncture treatment. I have been to many professionals for holistic treatment of my migraines and tension headaches, and she has by far been most effective with her treatment. The office is private and serene, and her bedside manner is superior! Thank you so much Sarah!
