I used to take b12 vitamins daily but I was still having the same problem of getting tired every afternoon. I started using 24 Hour Health and it's like night and day. I feel well energized and don't have to struggle to make it through the day anymore. The best thing, there's no caffeine. So there's no jitters or a caffeine crash afterwards. I LOVE the natural energy this product gives me.
