  My experience in Comporta on a MunSun retreat was an absolute dream! It was the perfect mix of fun with a healthy twist. Each day had something new to offer; Beach excursions, a day trip to Lisbon, and last but not least.. horseback riding on the beach! The workouts set the day up for success and the private chef with delicious and healthy meals to follow was truly a treat! Georgia was a true professional and allowed for a seamless vacation. She even helped me set up a spa day at the 5 star hotel Sublime Comporta during one of our free days. So luxurious and very chic! I highly recommend MunSun for your next vacay!

  I had the pleasure to attend the MunSun Retreat in Comporta Portugal, and what a treat! I left relaxed, refreshed & ready for more! Comporta is an incredible destination, the villa was simply perfect, the schedule and organization were flawless and the company lovely. From beach time to kick-ass workouts, evening yoga, delicious home-made healthy food, cocktails, shopping, strolling through Lisbon's old town and horseback riding, what more could one girl ask for?! That's a 5 star retreat for me! ;)

  Want to take an amazing girls trip (either solo or with a friend), then this retreat is for you!! Had such a blast on my retreat last week. Georgia really thought of EVERYTHING! Perfect accommodations, a driver, chef, group training, life coaching, excursions planned, and a FAB group of girls to share it all with. It was all the travel fun with zero of the planning headache. Highly recommended!

  I attended the first-ever MunSun Retreat in Turks & Caicos and I LOVED it. It was probably the most vacation-y vacation I've ever taken—the most relaxing four days *ever*. Our gorgeous private villa was situated right on a secluded private beach, our infinity pool looked right out over the ocean (not a boat or another human in sight!) and the house was stunning, with plenty of places to both gather and hang in small groups, but also cozy nooks where you could curl up with a book or chat on the phone. Our MunSun Retreat included daily group workouts with one of the best personal trainers in New York City, who came all the way to Turks to work with us, and great food (customized for all dietary restrictions) prepared by a chef and her local team. All in all, it was one of the best long weekend vacations I've ever taken and I've recommended MunSun Retreats to all my friends who love to vacation, but who are too busy to plan trips. It's also a great way to make new friends and meet like-minded, high-achieving, smart women from all walks of life!
