(February 21, 2019, 1:51 pm)Max Hager has now sold my wife and I 3 (4?) cars. He is the best-----knowledgeable, responsive (even when you aren't about to buy), flexible when he can be....not the usual car-salesman. Go to Infinity of the Palm Beach....see Max. The dealership is pretty good, also.

(February 13, 2019, 2:08 pm)Raymond is very professional and has great customer service and approach, the first time he was the one that took care of my car getting service, I had to request him this time around again on February 12, 2019, and he did a great job again, I did have to wait too long the car to be serviced.
Overall the team there is great, especially the lady that greets all customers that comes in for serving.

(February 6, 2019, 11:15 am)This was my first visit to the service department. I was assigned to Carrie, she was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, her communication while my vehicle was being inspected was top notch. You can tell she truly cares. I had to take a shuttle to my office, they were quick and friendly. The work performed was done quickly. The service department is top notch. Ask for Carrie when you make an appointment, you won't be disappointed! She rocks!

(January 30, 2019, 11:42 am)I had by far the best experience with Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. I've bought and leased MANY vehicles over the course of the past 20 years and this one was the BEST! My salesman, Christoper Bennett, was so friendly, professional, humorous, knowledgeable, and right to the point. I didn't feel pressured one single bit. He showed me "exactly" what I wanted and what fit within my budget. Our overall process together was 5 stars for sure. I also truly enjoyed my experience with the Finance Mgr, Wilbert Rejouis, as well. Again, very friendly, knowledgeable, humorous and the process went so smoothly. I would recommend Chris and the dealership to any of my family members or friends.
