  An excellent company! They keep track of all the medical issues that i have and all the services I need coordinating with the various agencies and doctors I have. Excellent response time, usually getting back to me within less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them to anyone needing someone to coordinate nursing care.

  I pray assist company for their Grace and expertise in handling such a delicate situation with little to no effort on my part, The girl I spoke to him on the phone asked me an abundance of question and told me she had to find the proper match not only skill level for my grandmother, she asked about all pertinent medical information and even told me that their nursing supervisor would be at my home within an hour of our arrival. My grandmother was discharged from a local hospital with only a few hours notice. I work full-time and my only option was to leave work, bring her to my home, and figure out what to do. I've heard so many horror stories about caregivers exploiting stealing and abusing elderly, so the thought of this scared me to death. I never thought I would be in the position to have to leave a total stranger in my home to take care of my most prized possession my loved one! I asked a few people and I got the name of this company and oh my god were they a lifesaver! They had somebody at the hospital within two hours of my phone call, The person was so well spoken, well presented, & knew all the right questions to ask as my grandma is being discharged. We arrived home at 3:30 and the nurse supervisor who was the most gentle kind caring person arrived at my home at 4:30. She did a lot of paperwork explained all of the duties that these girls were able to fill went over there hiring criteria their insurances gave me a lot of information with various resources and then even found that my grandmother was eligible for Medicare services which had no out-of-pocket cost to me. I felt so comfortable with this company that I went to work as normal the following day. Now three years later I still have the same personel in place, my life has been non-interrupted and is worry free. I was recently contacted and asked to give them a review, I was more than happy to endorse the people who continue to do such a fantastic job caring for grandma now three years later.i've had no problems, no complaints, no issues, no concerns. This organization is Follow through and the utmost professional. I would recommend them to anyone
