My husband had an issue that just came on and needed to be seen. He was given an appointment within an hour. Receptionist was so welcoming and caring.
Dr. Schneider was so pleasant and her exam
and explanation of the problem was
extremely detailed and comforting.
They then made an appointment with a Retina Specialist as a precaution.
So happy Dade City has New Tampa Eye Institute.

Dr. Richards always takes time to fully explain treatment plan . He is always upbeat and pleasant, making the visit very comfortable. Staff are all well trained , also very attentive and pleasant. Highly recommended New Tampa Eye institute .

Greeted with a smile. Staff, doctor, and medical assistant treated me with friendliness and professionalism. Explained what they were "all about" and before you knew it--DONE! A good medical experience.

I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr Smalls. She is thorough, smart, and patiently answers my questions. Of note, Ashley was “my” technician at most recent appointment. Apply same adjectives I used to describe Dr Smalls to Ashley!

Experienced friendly staff. Dr Fridman is great and easy to talk too. She explains the details of the examination in understandable terms. Several years ago Dr Fridman performed laser surgery and lens replacement on my eyes. Very satisfied. Thank you Tampa Eye Institute.
