  I have not completed my mental fixing as of yet but with Ms. Lee's help I'm sure to recover. The hurricane canceled my September appointment I will continue to attempt to make that session up but I have a few more appointments in December. Thank you Premier help every way you can Juan Wiggins

  Staff is welcoming, helpful, and friendly. As this is the administration center, when patients mistakenly go to Admin rather than the Family Center or Dental, staff always proceed to point them in the right direction. I recommend Premier Community HealthCare as they are an organization that cares about the needs and wellbeing of the community.

  Pleasant staff and service was fast. My children went for a regular cleaning. Only complaint was I was the dentist showed more interest in my questions when I was asking about my girls. He said “sorry not sure what child your talking about because I seen so many” I wasn’t happy about that response but I left it at that.

  I chose this practice because I wanted my kids to see Dr. Keisha Stevens. I didn’t get the pleasure of meeting her because we waited over an hour and still hadn’t been seen. As I was waiting I began to look at reviews online and I wish I did this first. Very bad impression on Dr. Stevens and it’s probably not even her fault. I heard great things about her. I told the nurse or whoever did our intake that the wait time was unacceptable. She didn’t say a word no apology or anything just allowed us to leave. I would never recommend this place. I hope to find a good pediatrician for my kids.

  I have updated my review from one to four stars. I decided to give this practice another chance. As I stated in my earlier post this was nothing personal towards Dr. Stevens. She is outstanding and professional. She went out of her way to personally call me regarding the issue I had. I brought my kids in for another visit and was in and out less than 45 minutes. Dr. Stevens was great in answering all of my questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. My kids also loved her and was very comfortable. I was very pleased with how smoothly the whole process went from checking in to checking out.
