  I wanted to just say a few things with my experience with regard to SureCrete Design Products. I've worked with them as a Distributor and now as an installer since August 2010. I've been in involved with Decorative Concrete since 1999 and dealt with many suppliers of Decorative materials. SureCrete has been far and away the most proactive, most aggressive on they're research & development and very responsive to customer service that I've experienced in the industry. They have high standards, they produce a reliable product and support the customer and the Distributor as I want to be. Great experience and great company to be associated with!

  My husband and I have been involved with SureCrete Design Products since 2007. We are a distributor for their company. Over the past 9 years, we have not had any complaints about any of the products or individuals involved with SureCrete. They are a wonderful team of people with reliable and efficient products. Thank you SureCrete for making super easy and durable products that work great in the Kansas City area. Also, thank you for all of your support in helping us grow our business!

  Huge fan of Surecrete Products and the company in general! I recently purchased some their Precast mix, foam forming system, and XS-327 polyurethane to cast a bar top with some custom river rock inlays. First, I really like all of the how to videos the company has online. They helped a lot and made me want to try their product. Second, the bar top came out looking awesome. The product was just as described and really easy to work with. I really couldn't be happier! Finally, I can't believe the outstanding support I received from the company. After an initial online enquiry about their countertop system, I was contact by Jesse who answered all of my questions and let me know I could contact him anytime if I had additional questions, which I did and again he was very helpful. Then, after I made a mistake, and having lost Jesse's number, I contacted the company directly and was quickly connected with tech guys who told me exactly what to do to fix it. Again, I'm really happy with Surecrete! I've already obtained some of their Eco Stain to begin planning other projects. Thank you Surecrete!

  Products are phenomenal and very user friendly. Tech support is outstanding! Have been using Surecrete products for past 10 yrs exclusively. Very satisfying to know you have great backing in our reps.

  Surecrete definitely has amazing customer service. It was my first time taking on a remodeling project for my home and they were more than happy to help. If you're a beginner like me I would recommend this place. Home Depot made me feel uneasy and their lack of knowledge made me look elsewhere. I'm glad I found this place!
