They have a friendly staff throughout the park. We found the 2 hour time limit on the Snowy Slopes main attraction, to be plenty of time for many trips down the fast slide. We tried different tubes, including 1, 2 and the family size tubes. The outdoor rink was smooth, in a ribbon shape, but it had a layer of water on top, from the warm Florida weather, of course. The indoor Igloo was full of snow, for kids to build a snow man or throw snowballs at a wall target. Bring winter jackets for that experience, as it is about 27 degrees in there, I was told by a staff member. We had a good tasting large pizza there. Fun time out in the country, in Darby, FL.

Was great. We had a blast as a family yesterday. Even food was great. We are old so we couldn't download menu's. Recommend some menu's for us old folks. I bought a Xmas ornament love it. Purchased three postcards, but when I got home noticed both sides were the same photo. Again, we loved playing as a family. Staff was exceptional.

What a fun place! My kids loved the igloo. It was a great place to cool down after two hours riding the slopes. We visited at the end of February. It was warm and I forgot sunscreen. We paid the price! Bring gloves for the igloo. It’s like a giant snow cone machine more than “snow” but still lots of fun. The ice skates were in better condition that any others I have rented elsewhere.

Food and merchandise are rather pricey, as are tickets. I do think the cost of tickets is justifiable, as maintaining a snow park in Florida requires a lot of money and effort. But the additional $15 parking fee is a bit excessive. And for the prices, I would like to have more to do or see at the park. Right now there isn't much, even less if you are like me and don't know how to ice skate.

That said, I had a blast here. Got to play in snow for the first time in my life and then warm up by the fire. The tubing was the most fun. However, due to personal health issues, I was not able to climb the slope myself and had to rely on the moving walkway for the few times I went up. That would have been fine, except my family and I all found it a bit challenging to balance on, and even tougher to get on without falling. I wish there was some safer option going up.

All in all, it was a good time! I probably will not make the long drive to return until there is more to do, but it was worth a first experience to this Florida native.

We went on a Sunday night a few hours before closing. What a great time to go without too many people. No long waits and we really enjoyed going when all the lights were on and glowing. Tubing was fun and we were able to build a snowman in the snow igloo! They only allowed tandem tubing (could go by yourself though) when we went (7pm to 9pm) so we weren't able to go in the smaller tubes which made it a little difficult for my son to continue pulling (it was my husband, and 3 kiddos and I, so he had to pull one). But the automatic incline helped a lot! When we got to the igloo the ice was really hard, but after about 30 min they kicked us out to soften the snow and we were able to go in again after about 25 min and the snow was perfect to build a snowman! We had a great time and would definitely go back. We would love it they would offer some kind of season pass for those that are local like us that would love to go back more often. Glad we were finally able to go! Also, it was a nice setup of food trucks, fire pits, and hang out spots to gather with friends. The ice skating looked really fun as well, but we didn't participate this time.
