  UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: We purchased our Lexington tri-toon in the spring of 2021. I had multiple issues and the service and communication was very poor. I would have rated them 2 stars at best. This past spring they brought in David. He has communicated with me and done everything he has promised to do to resolve my issues. We hoped the boat would be back in 4 weeks and I got it back in 2 weeks. Also, the atmosphere at the dealership is totally different than it has been. I would give 5 stars except my previous experience can't be ignored.

  I absolutely 100% recommend this company. I purchased a beautiful and luxurious 20 foot Lexington pontoon boat facilitated by Tom and it was by far a fabulous experience. From beginning to end Tom along with the others were very patient and informative and guided me through the whole process. I could not be happier with the experience I had with purchasing my first boat, with the help of Tom, through factory direct.
