  We called to have someone come out and look at our water heater. Frank and Shane were at our house within hours of calling and had our problem fixed in a timely manner. The responsiveness and kindness were amazing. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!

  Recently I was experiencing symptoms of a septic tank that needed servicing. I had the tank serviced, but it did not alleviate the problem. So at 8:00 am I tried calling several plumbing contractors for service. I was feeling a bit desperate in that I couldn't flush the toilets. From most companies I didn't get my call answered, but Unstoppers answered my call. Thank goodness they did.
  
  I had tried snaking the main clean out myself, but was coming up agains a blockage. In speaking to the dispatcher at Unstoppers, he indicated all of their service techs and plumbers were really busy, but he thought he would be able to squeeze me in.
  
  A few minutes later I got a text letting me k is I would be getting a service call from Paul between 10 and 12. I got updates by text throughout the 2-hour window letting me know when Paul would arrive.
  
  Paul came set up, quickly assessed the situation and got to work. It did take a good bit of effort to clear the blockage. Paul was very determined to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
  
  I really appreciate the quick and thorough service. I will call them for all my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of service.

  Dylan was sent out to fix my toilet. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it in no time. Their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing issues...
