(June 24, 2023, 4:25 pm)Kennedy Therapeutics is awesome!!! I've been seeing her for the last three months for pain in my lower back and tightness shoulders. I had this problem where when I twisted, I would experience sudden pain in the lower back. After one session, this issue stopped, but I decided to continue to see her for regular maintenance.
This is because she really cares about her patients, and is a wealth of knowledge on how different parts of thr body interact. She makes recommendations on how to keep your back and body healthy outside of massage appointments. I'm overweight and don't like to exercise (which if I would exercise, would likely help my back problems), but she recommended two easy exercises to start with to help relieve the pain, as well as steps I could take in my office job to have better posture.
Highly recommend!!! -

I’m kind of picky when it comes to a therapist as I have specific problems areas that need a lot of work. I’m happy to say that I finally found my new therapist! She did amazing work on my back and neck that was so messed up since I haven’t had regular care for so many months. And she found the exact trouble spots in my rotator cuff that most therapists can’t seem to find. Her skill was exactly what I was looking for! I feel so much better. I will be booking with her again.
