Received my new wheelchair this afternoon. Dave and Randy were so nice and informative. They waited so I could make sure it fit in my small bathroom. I would recommend anyone who needs a wheelchair or other equipment call ROTECH of Hudson.

I thank Jay so much for his care knowledge and time that he give to us , my husband and me. He’s very diligent and willing to answer all the questions even if we ask him to repeat. Patient. Respectful. And sweet sense of humor.

I must say I am quite a picky customer. I am so satisfied with the service at the Hudson office.. I had the privilege of working with William who was the technician that set me up with all my equipment he was extremely knowledgeable and patient and very informative.

Then I had a few issues and when I called I had the honor to speak to Jay, he too was extremely patient considerate and did everything to assist me assist me with what I needed.And as for the staff, they too are wonderful People. I don't know about all the other people's experience but one thing I do know is the staff at the Hudson location goes above and beyond customer service.
