Water Softener Newbie. Because of reviews we called to have our water softener checked, salt was not dissolved, water bill doubled, tripled and we thought there may be a "salt bridge". Jeremy and Logan came out and gave me a education on water system and asked question about water usage. Very personable, open and honest, we like him and will use him for future issues. Service charge was worth the piece of mind. Prompt response and follow up. We highly recommend.
