Bob did work for me on an investment property. Replaced a service panel and fixed several electrical issues created by the previous owner's DIY attempts. He did charge me for an initial visit (fair) and then we drew up a contract for the repairs. He pulled permits and upheld his end of the agreement. Pricing was quite good; he gave me a great deal. Bob is a no-nonsense blue collar kind of guy that speaks plainly and was very focused on getting the job done. He might strike some as a little rough around the edges but if you have an electrical problem and need to stick to a budget, Bob is a good guy to know.
