I am working with Eman. She is most wonderful and amazing person have a pleasure to meet. I have three kids and very busy schedule. I always wanted to achieve my fitness goals . Since I started working with her , I feel like a new person. I am very active and strong. She taught me how to use different muscle to lift more weight without hurting myself. She introduce me to nutrition and help me understand how important it is to be hydrated . Thank you so much really appreciate how you accommodate my fitness schedule and special requests. In the early days of Florida’s COVID lockdown I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). The most effective way to reverse the symptoms of PCOS was weight reduction. Unfortunately, PCOS causes individuals to gain weight and makes it very difficult to lose it. 😔

Iman’s holistic approach to fitness helped me heal my relationship with food and with my body in ways I never would have imaged possible. I felt strong, nourished, and comfortable in my body for the first time in my life.

Iman’s compassionate coaching met me where I was every session. She helped me through the emotional process of healing my mind and body, and ultimately helped me create lasting lifestyle changes. I’m still seeing results outside of the gym!

A year ago my gynecologist told me that I needed an IUD to prevent long-term damage to my uterus and fertility. Yesterday he told me I should keep the IUD until I’m ready to conceive, because I could possibly get pregnant!

I started working out with Iman in an effort to develop better health habits. I was not the type to workout (gyms intimated me) and I knew I needed to work on my nutrition but I didn’t know where to start. Iman made everything really simple and explained the entire process along the way. I learned so much about my body, what it needs, and how to properly move it. Overall I’ve never felt in better shape. In the past I would try to teach myself how to do moves or make a good workout but in reality that’s also was what intimated me. I never knew if I was doing it right and I never had anyone to guide me. Through Iman’s process I learned how navigate my body’s needs. Her stress-free and health first approach made me extremely comfortable and confident in an environment I used to feel out of place in. Thanks to Iman my body can do things I never thought possible and I feel healthier than ever. I would highly recommend Iman to anyone who feels stuck in their health goals or is new to working out completely.

I've been working with a trainer (Ian) for a few months and they have been very accommodating to my requests and goals. Started at 220lbs and, as of this post, I'm 192.

With the lifestyle changes I've made with eating, the workouts were tailored to compliment my choices and personal starting line. 30 lbs more to my goal and I already know I'll have the help I need to get there.
