(July 28, 2022, 12:10 pm)I have a been a patient for over a year now! They helped me treat my acne right away! Recently I had an issue, they made an appointment right away and thats when I met the amazing Amy Mcdowell. She is honesty so kind and found a solution to ny problem.
The land o lakes office is so amazing, the front desk lady always treats you with a smile and amy assistant was so sweet and nice!
Any issues this is the place to go! Forever grateful to find such a nice office and Amy! -

(May 3, 2021, 5:22 pm)My grandfather always told me that you either have nice office people, or a good doctor, but never both. The land o lakes location proved this to not be true. The woman at the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor were so pleasant. The doctor was running behind and communicated to the front desk to let me know. It’s small things like that that really make a difference in your experience.
The woman at the front desk communicated perfectly, and any phone call she took or guest that was there she treated with manners and respect. She never came off as if she hated her job.
The nurse was great, nice, welcoming. She took notes of everything the doctor told me and provided me written instructions so I didn’t have to remember myself.
The doctor came in and firstly apologized for the wait, which wasn’t even that long after my scheduled appointment time, it was within 30 min. She wasn’t rushed, listened to me, and explained everything to me in a way a patient can understand. She offered a treatment plan on the first visit while other tests are getting ran.
I always like to commend great service, because it is hard to find. What a great company, and even better employees. I recommend this office to anyone seeking a dermatologist. Amazing experience. Even better that I didn’t sit around for hours to be seen. -

Not only did they have availability and fit me right in, but the customer service was amazing. The results from the lab come back quick and they follow up! Can't say enough good things! I'm so glad I called them!
