  I’ve been going to Bloom for challenges with my pelvic floor (mostly heavy pressure) for the past couple of months. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Hannah is absolutely incredible. It can be a little awkward, but Hannah has a way of making you feel relaxed and comfortable. She takes time to explain what she’s doing before she does it and ensures you are comfortable throughout the therapy. After the first couple of weeks, I immediately started noticing improvement with my symptoms. Heaviness was less and I was given instructions on how to manage between appointments. Now months later, I feel 100% better. I cannot recommend Bloom and Hannah enough.

  I started working with Nicole at Bloom after my chiropractor recommended I see a Pelvic Floor Therapist to work through some intense low back pain issues I experienced postpartum. I wasn’t sure what to expect or why my chiropractor would recommend this for low back pain, however I am blown away with how much improvement I’ve experienced after my recent sessions.
  
  Nicole is knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to really hear and understand what was going on. Through the Graston technique, cupping, and manual therapy, I’ve been able to release so much tension in my body. Nicole thoughtfully explains and demonstrates exercises I can do at home and helps me modify as needed. She has a follow up plan prepared for each session and we adjust as needed based on my experience between appointments.
  
  Everyone at the office is so welcoming and caring, I am so grateful for their services!

  Dr. Saige Abrams has been so amazing to work with. She has helped me regain confidence and function postpartum. I am so glad I made the decision to come here and always leave therapy sessions feeling motivated and informed. Definitely recommend if you are postpartum or in need of a pelvic floor therapist!

  From the moment I called and spoke with Rachel to schedule my consultation, to working with Dr. Saige Abrams, I have had such a wonderful experience with Bloom Pelvic Therapy. Dr. Saige is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. She really listens and makes you feel completely comfortable. I was blown away at how I started seeing major improvements after our first session and things have only continued to improve with subsequent sessions. I only wish I’d started pelvic floor therapy sooner, as it has truly been life-changing!

  I am so thankful for Dr. Abrams and the whole team at Bloom Pelvic Floor Therapy. After I began experiencing some uncomfortable pelvic floor symptoms during my regular workouts I started to research some local pelvic floor specialists who could offer some insight, support, and relief. When I started my sessions with Dr. Abrams I was on week four of no workouts and on week 5 of pelvic floor pain. I felt immediate relief after my initial consultation and knew I was in good hands. Fast forward to now and after 5 weeks of therapy, education, and guidance I am symptom free and back to my regularly scheduled workouts. I am more educated and aware of how I need to continue to manage my pelvic floor properly and I’m excited to go back to doing the activities I love and doing them pain free. I can’t express how important it is for all women to take preventative measures in managing their pelvic health and for every woman to find a pelvic health specialist who can be there to support pelvic health needs over time. Dr. Abrams is so easy and pleasant to work with, so knowledgeable, and really cares about her patients. The therapy center is a serene, private environment- it offers a very clean and tranquil setting. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Bloom is a perfect place to take care of your pelvic health needs. Thank you Dr. Abrams and Bloom!
