Christine and Leah are amazing. Every time I go in that store, they go out of their way to help me get the right stuff. They even researched my past purchases to help me get the right blades for tools I bought in the past. It is so nice to be met with a happy smile and friendly words when I walk in the store. It really is a pleasure to buy tools at Direct Tools at Tampa Premium Outlets. Thank you.

I'll start by saying, "I love Ryobi, I don't buy anything else. This store is Ryobi Heaven. I felt like a kid in a candy store. And they have deals all the time. I recently bought a trailer for work and of course it's getting all ryobi tools. Stop by when ever your in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Christina was a great help to us when we came in to find a head for the Ryobi we have. Absolutely first class customer service, friendly and efficient and a superb sales person.

Awesome place, awesome prices, awesome people. Staff is always nice and even personal once you visit enough. Just visited after Christmas and still nothing but the best service.

Surprised they started selling some Milwaukee bits which are one of the best you can buy on the market hands down.

Can't wait to see what they add in the future as a tools outlet. Would be sick to see refurb products from Makita and DeWalt, and could probably be a huge market.

Will be back the next time I want a new tool. Their sales during holidays are amazing, even Halloween!

This place is great. Lots of great tools at rock bottom prices. They also sell reconditioned power tool so you can save even more money. If your in the area you have to stop at this cool store!!!!
