Great place lots of music studios clean bathrooms lots parking handicap accessible

I've used this place for years, have long term rented 3 of their rooms and occasionally have rehearsed with other bands that's rent a room by the hour. It's a cool and fun place to hang out with couches, pool table, arcade stuff and more. Tad pricey for some, but when you consider what temperature controlled self storage is and how much more space you're getting plus 24 hour access and bathrooms and a chill place to hang out and sometimes meet some cool people and hear some fantastic musicians, I think it's worth it.

It is one of the safest places to rehearse and record, in Sacramento.. As you can see, here, at the secure automatic gate entrance...

I love this place. Spent so much time here and every time I walk in and am hit with the smell of the air in there (mostly weed mixed with incense and a little bit of a gym smell), it makes me feel like I'm back in my musical home.

Great studio in a good location. Very well secured. Good-looking and nice sized rooms. The place has a good vibe.
Very similar to sister studio House of Hits, only bigger. Me likey
