(January 27, 2023, 3:32 pm)I had a very good BK lunch today. The young lady who took my order was very nice and cheerful and she took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. The food also tasted fresh and hot and did not look tossed together (like some fast food burger joints will do). Overall, I have zero complains; in fact, I was very pleasantly surprised...so very nice job! :)
I stopped going to BK years ago because I kept seeing too may employees who did not really seam to care. About two years ago I occasionally started trying BK again and it seams like stores are making a real effort to turn their customer service around (at least the few I have gone to).
