After the initial visit from Dan, in which I received two estimates for repairs, I was concerned about the resolve that I had been given. Receiving NO SATISFACTION from any of the calls that I had made. Return visit had been scheduled a week later.
The day finally came. (No shower for a week). BUT NO DAN! (He didn’t come to work) Instead I was sent a message saying that SAM and CHRIS, were on the way. MORE CONCERN!!
IT WAS A GOD SEND. Sam re-diagnosed the problem and he and Chris went to work. No holes in walls and I returned parts that I had been told to purchase. In a few hours, everything was working and cleaned up!!
If you want quality, professional and honesty… SAM and CHRIS are the guys you want to open your door to.

I had a great experience with this company . I was all distraught when my water heater went out . I called them they were able to assist me and got me to the right areas I needed so i get my hot water heater install they were prompt they were professional customer service oriented. And all the customer service reps over at the company were very polite nice. And the technician that did install Gene Hutchinson professional polite great advice on the water heater just a roundabout guy did a great installation for me . I really do appreciate this company for helping me.

Billy was very respectful, professional, and was done within 20 minutes. He was awesome. Highly recommend if you need A/C repairs within a couple hours. I also want to point out that the person over the phone initially told me they would have someone at my house within 3 hours, but when he was running behind
they called to let me know that Billy would be late. This is greatly appreciated because I would have just waited and waited after the timeline. I think that is excellent communication and would like that to be recognized also!

They were very quick to respond to my location. My Mom is ill and was asleep on the couch. They were very quiet and made sure our fur person didn't get out.

I was referred to RJ Kielty by another HVAC company in January 2021. Robert came out to troubleshoot why my hot water tank was leaking. Rather than be quick to judge it needed replaced, he found the bottom element was loose and tightened it up. Problem solved. I was so pleased with his honesty and professionalism, I enrolled in the HVAC and plumbing Kielty care package (something I would normally not do on site).

About six months later, the staff contacted me to set up my semi annual HVAC maintenance and yearly plumbing maintenance. Office staff is very courteous and friendly.

Jeff came out for the HVAC maintenance. I was so impressed with his knowledge, communication skills, professionalism, demeanor and suggestions needed to meet my needs, I had him replace my UV bulb, install a new patriot air purification system, remove and replace both supply and return air plenum and add a supply run and return line to the master bedroom. Talk about a top notch job!! Meticulous. His helper James was very polite and professional. They worked very well together as a team.

Ronny came out to do annual plumbing maintenance. Once again, super knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Just draining my hot water tank alone of all sediment was worth it!!

I have never worked with such a top notch company with such professional and highly trained employees. Prices are reasonable and it’s clear RJ Kielty’s mission statement is to provide exemplary service and retain customers for ALL of their HVAC and plumping needs.
