(July 23, 2021, 6:44 pm)The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I paid for a relaxation pedicure and manicure but didn't get either. The relaxation pedicure is supposed to have a sugar scrub which I didn't get. I didn't even get a manicure. It was more like a polish change. He didn't even trim my cuticles. He did a great job with the dip and the shape so I gave 4 stars for that. I will be sure to get what I paid for next time.

I highly recommend Jojo, she is literally the best technician I've worked with in 4 years since I started getting dips. Her applications are thin, even, and always consistent quality. She has done ombre, full colors, and playful art for me... all top notch! Worth the drive for the beautiful salon, service, and quality of work. Thank you, Encore! 🥰
