I live an hour and a half away from this dealership so I wanted to get pretty firm idea of the deal that I would make before I drove that distance. When I arrived there I met with a sales representative named Nasser. He was outstanding. Very professional very friendly. He answered all of my questions. I feel like I got a good deal on the value of my trade in. There's a customer concierge section that offers coffee, light snacks, water, and sodas. The dealership was extremely clean and inviting. I am now Subaru owner and I'm very happy with my purchase, and I'm glad I came here to buy this car.

No matter who helps me the rep is always friendly and recommends the right service at reasonable price. Visited Saturday and needed to use my extended warranty plan and Marilyn spent over an hour dealing with it to get the issue covered and taken care of same day! I will always recommend this dealership and service department.

(July 25, 2022, 11:37 am)I had a very good experience at Subaru of Port Richey. I had to take my Outback in for a recall notification. The whole process was very easy from scheduling my appointment to picking up my Outback after the Service. Spencer my Service Rep. was excellent to deal with. He explained what was going on and how long it was going to take. They were on time and so far the there has not been any issues.
