I called at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning and Robert was here at 10 a.m. I was very impressed. Robert was thorough and explained everything as he went along. He gave us options as to what could be done now and what should be done in the future. I was very impressed with the way he presented every option that we had. They are definitely my new air conditioning people. Thank you.

We installed a new system in April with Senica and they were fantastic
Last night (A Sunday night) the system turned off. I called and Julio was here within 90 minutes. He told us what happened and gave us some suggestions as to what to look for if there ever is a next time. With the new installation we received a 10 year guarantee and we received an invoice for 0 dollars for the call. I would recommend Senica to anyone who needs an HVAC or a repair. Great customer service as well.

Their service department is great. Anytime we have any issues they fix the problem without trying to sell us something we don't need. Pricing is always very fair, even when it's an emergency call. Their technicians are well versed and informative. As with any company, some guys are better than others, but the majority of their technicians that I've dealt with have always been smart guys that know what they're doing, which means a lot in this business. I'm a contractor myself and I will definitely continue using Senica because of the quality of the products they use, and the quality of service you get from them.

I had a blower motor go out on my Carrier system. My regular service provider had a motor but had issues removing the old motor. They needed a blower wheel which was back ordered. I called Senica and Danny was extremely helpful I was blown away w his help. So I called to have them put a wheel in that they had. Great experience very responsive and helpful. My tech Brian was great too he worked fast and was very accommodating w a mask because I have an elderly person living in my home.

The entire process of working with Senica Air has been phenomenal!! They quickly responded when I filled out the online 'contact us' form letting me know they could help. I called the next morning and spoke with Michele who is fantastic! She was so sweet and able to get me a same day service appointment. A few hours later, Michael arrived and was very professional, informative, and cared about doing things right. Amazing how everything was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I would 1000% use Senica Air again and can't recommend them enough. Thank you Michele and Michael!!!
