Happy Feet Plus

Went to look for shoes today but was not able to get one. My size and color not available. Will come back. Joseph, the manager was very helpful and knows his stuff.

I'm giving four instead of five and ill explain why. Customer service, attentivenes and overall experience was great. They helped me out and I ended up buying what I needed. however, i wasn't very fond of the pushy and agressive sales tactics from tito. I was adamant that im there to buy a pair of flats for work. He kept insisting on showing me sneakers and other walking shoes. Even when i reasserted that I just need flats he continued to go fish out sneakers from the back. This is not good. When a customer asserts several times that they only want what they are looking for, do not push. It's not respectful and you might even get an unpleasant reaction out of them.

Manager/specialist Stacey assisted us with our foot scans and explained the entire procedure to us. Great personality, helpful and very professional. We had a great experience and are truly enjoying our new walking/athletic shoes and insoles. Thanks for all your help and we will definitely recommend your store!
