This the best academy in Tampa Bay we are lucky enough to be here in Wesley Chapel. Sensei Ernesto has been not only a world class Sensei but an excellent person that helps you to educate, discipline and protect your child’s like it was his. I don’t trust nobody with my kids, however, Sensei Ernesto and his staff Destiny and Ms. Ibe they have earned my trust. I recommend to everyone looking to have your child sports. Traditional Karate it is sport that will encourage your kids to be better person. And Seise Ernesto will be there for your kids!!!

I highly recommend Keiko Shin karate academy for it has done wonders for my son. Sensei Ernesto is a child psychologist and karate master who instills not only physical but mental strength, discipline and respect in our children. The dojo is a tight knit community in which parents and children help each other. It's not just a dojo it's a family!

Keiko Shin karate academy is awesome in my personal experience I have 2 kids with Autism and they have greatly improved since they started with Keiko Shin Karate Academy from discipline, social skills and personal interaction not including the physical conditioning. Now they are in better physical condition to before enrollment to the Academy. I have noticed better concentration and attention to details and that's not including the fact that one of my kids competed in the last World Karate Championship in Ft Lauderdale and earned a Gold and a Silver medal. From the discipline, dedication to the true traditional karate teachings and the hard training sessions. I was highly recommend this dojo from a friend when she heard I was having a hard time finding a reputable dojo. Sensei Ernesto has done an amazing job with teaching our son the art of karate, my son has a learning disability and was having a hard time at school. Since joining he has gained confidence, renewed focus, and has become more of an advocate for himself. Six months after starting basic karate my son was asked to join the competition team and we have continued to watch him grow in such a short time. What a great family friendly studio.. Your children deserve the best and this dojo is it.
