Wow! I've never had such an easy, quick, and pleasant experience at any doctor's office before. They got me in a day after I called as a new patient, explained what I may have to pay for my expected procedure BEFORE I even went back to see the doctor, and had my issue resolved, medication sample in-hand, paid and out the door TEN MINUTES after my appointment was scheduled. Every nurse and doctor greeted me with a smile and wished me a nice day. Phenomenal experience and I will definitely be recommending Scotch Institute to anyone that needs any ENT services.

My experience from the minute I stepped in the office was positive. The office had the feeling of calmness. The artwork was beautiful and the receptionist was a delight. I waited enough time to maybe get me seat warm if that. Once in the room Mercedes did all my vitals and she was quite pleasant. Chris the PA came right in and assessed my situation and had Dr. Buehller come in for a second look. What a team they all were everyone was working wonderfully together. I highly recommend the Scotch Institute!
