Nice park. Was visiting a friend
I bought a house here 3 months ago. One of the few places in the area you own the Lot so No Lot rental. The community is awesome. People are friendly but yet it's large enough (480 Units) that everyone doesn't know everyone so you don't feel like an outsider. It has 2 pools which are well maintained. Most of the houses are well maintained. The Association board is friendly and keep the place looking nice. I wouldn't hesitate to buy here if your contemplating it. The Association fee of $165 a month is very reasonable for what you get. It covers Water, Sewer, Garbage. Lawn Maintenance, 24 hour Security (1 at the gate- 1 roams the park). Its also nicely quite here. You can walk around the park on Friday or Saturday night and its quiet. Glad I bought here.
Great community to live in with security guards, lawn care, volunteers, two swimming pools, and fun activities to do together.
We did lawn maintenance at the park for about 5 years (1998 to 2004). And we always did a great job. As the foreman, I've had the opportunity to meet all the residents there. 95% of the residents were decent people who complemented us on our work. And all their issues were swiftly solved. Most homes were well kept. The other 5% of the homes looked like the Watts section of Los Angeles. Trash all around the house, and the homes looked like the were about to collapse. We've spent considerable amount of time picking up the trash before mowing. Some families had teenagers that did a lot of vandalizing. Smoked weed out in the open, and left beer bottles for us to pick up before we mowed. This was around the back club house (Lodge). And as I've said before, we've always did a great job. But we were let go because of a new set of Board Of Directors. I guess we wasn't the lowest bidder, or maybe it was just politics.
