The ladies at the store were friendly and helpful.
They even went above and beyond ,to get my money back due to not being able to use the trailer I had rented.
They tried to find / locate another trailer , option for me.

I have been using this Storage site for years, now. Tina is Wonderful and such a Blessing as she reminds me when I will need to pay my Storage dues to avoid any additional charges, monthly. I feel safe inside the gated units, too.
AWESOME! the 1st contact lady/person was amazing as well as the 2nd lady !! clean, professional and great. we have 2 u haul s around the corner from our house and choose this one 3 miles away because of their amazing customer service! Thank You
