I am so pleased that I got a hearing test done today and I was so pleased with Doctor and associates.
I got my hearing aids three years ago and had very hard time getting them taken care of until they got new doctor. Thank you Hear USA. Thank you Matthew Magruder.

Matthew was superb as to how he describe every facet of the test. Excellent communication while taking the test and so efficient.

I strongly recommend HearUSA on Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills if you are experiencing hearing loss. Matthew Magruder is now the Hearing instrument Specialist at this location and is great! He is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. My hearing aids from 3 years ago have never helped much. He listened and reset them. They are now working great! I am so thankful I went back in and saw him.

I was very impressed by the guy that helped me getting me taken care of. He was very attentive and listened to what you said and when checking my hearing levels he was very clear in explaining on what he was doing. Enjoy the experience and it’s nice to hear again since my old Beltone’s were out of date and not working correctly. I also thought it was great that you don’t have to wait for a week to get your hearing aids

Great and very friendly. I came in and when I was all done left with my new hearing aid. I can now hear things I never herd before. On a scale of 1 to 100 I would give them a 100
