    Consummate professional. Knows how to get buy-in from both sides and understands the realities of Tampa and further afield construction. Would use again in any tough to arbitrate building situation.

    Roger was instrumental in bringing our two sides together in Jacksonville Sea Crossing. We both compromised, gave a little, got a little and ended up avoiding the expense and hassle of a court case or a court appointed panel of mediators. Plus we relaxed over golf at his favorite club. Highly recommend.

    Excellent construction mediator and construction arbitrator. Roger Peters is the best Florida construction mediator by far. He is a nice gentleman too. We ended up playing golf after our mediation and Roger is a great golfer.

    Roger Peters is the Best Florida Mediator by far. He is the most neutral person I have ever worked with in the construction industry. I have worked with Roger for many years on various construction projects; including the Pittsburgh Airport, Heinz field where the Steelers play, and most recently at the new Lagurdia Airport. His legal subject matter expertise of Construction is amazing.
