Frank Winston Crum Insurance

As an independent agent FWC has made my life so much easier. The ease of use and instant binding is awesome. I have been able to save many small business owners thousands of dollars on their Workers comp policies with FWC! Underwriting & Customer service are also super helpful and quick to help! Thanks FWC you have been a game changer for my work life :)

We work with many commercial companies at our agency but FWC is wonderful . Their customer service and underwriters are very knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner. Their quoting for both WC and GL are easy to navigate.

If your agent, GOTEL, closed without notification, and Frank Crum says call Fastcomp and Fastcomp says call Frank Crum, how do I get my Certificate of Insurance? GOTEL folded more than a year ago.

UPDATE: I received a call from Frank Winston. The rep was polite, professional and understanding. He explained everything to me and actually had all of the information I needed readily available for me. Just FYI, Frank Crum does NOT handle anything with the COI. Fastcomp should have handled it since the agent was no longer in business. I was given information for a new agent and would recommend FRANK WINSTON CRUM to anyone. I could not give it a five star because despite the prompt response to this review, the customer service rep from the initial call needs to be trained. I am assured this is not the norm for customer service and re-training will be taken care of. Thank you!

The company works for many of our customers for their GL and WC needs. The underwriting team is fast, professional, and have an extended knowledge of their products. As an agent, I appreciate the business relationship with Frank Winston Crum and customers are happy with their policies.

As an agent that represents them and many other companies, I can say that they are one of the easiest companies to work with. Unlike a lot of larger companies the owner and management staff are very involved with assisting clients get a policy & with claims management if needed. They think outside the box & don't rely solely on computer data like a lot of companies do. Their staff is very friendly & helpful. Their policies provide a lot of coverage included where you usually have to pay additional for each coverage with other companies. If they will insure the type of operation that you have, they are a great company to get your insurance from!
