  The line personnel were right on top of things. They brought out my passengers car and loaded their luggage. Then they brought out my car and offered whatever assistance I needed.

  Runway and taxiways are amazing. Towered field with super awesome controllers. The FBO is by far my favorite in the entire USA. The coffee selection will rival any coffee shop. The staff are absolutely amazing!! I was treated like a rock star! There are nice conference rooms and computer area if you need it. I was able to stay there a good chunk of the day with no hassle from anyone. There is a small pilot store upstairs and you can grad those missing items you many need. Cannot say enough good things about this place. It is now a staple of where I stop when I am flying in the area. Fuel was ok price, definitely can find better.

  Very nice open area personality courteous friendly. They should have more to offer us drinks juice water snacks. Again it's an In-N-Out place.

  We flew in for a vacation and these people are amazing! From the ground guide guys to the front desk people, everyone was very friendly, helpful and fun. There was problem with our rental car (the reservation was made online and not through Sheltair) that we had reserved and the lady (I'm sorry I forget her name) was able to save the day for us on a Sunday morning! She went above and beyond to help us! The guys on the flight line were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on advising us on many things. They helped unload the plane, cover it and anything else that we would need. The prices are very fair for their tie downs, fuel, and other needs. The FBO is very nice, clean, and you can get water, snacks and amazing cookies. We were very pleased with our experience here! We would highly recommend them and when we visit the area again, we will be sure to use their services. We also used the Sheltair in Ocala and they were just as kind.
