Edward is amazing! He rescued us from an electrical issue. When the parts weren't available that day, he bypassed the problem so we could have power to our RV. He had the parts we needed the next day, showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the repair. Edward is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We can't say enough good about our experience.

Edward is awesome! We are newbies, we couldn't even find our spot in the rv park. However, we happened upon Edward! All I can say is, someone was looking out for us that evening! Not only did he show us where the site was but taught us how to set everything up! We had not ever set everything up before and honestly, the sun probably would have been coming up along with some yelling and screaming if it hadn't been for him!! He is an angel. I highly recommend him for any issues you may have! Since setting us up, he has also helped with electrical! Yes, I did it! Air Conditioner and hairdryer at the same time; yeah, it doesn't work! But low and behold, it wasn't just that! There was a loose wire in the bathroom light and fan switch! Bless you Edward! You have taught me so much and you know that you are number one in my phone contacts!

Edward with Superior is very knowledgeable with RV service. We have used him several times since our first meeting. He came out and diagnosed our problem, late one Sunday evening. He would have gotten the part the next day but i offered to get it, since I don't work. He came to put the part in as soon as I called and told him I had return to our camper. He followed up that afternoon and the next day to make sure all was still good. I think that is great customer service and appreciate his willingness to come on a Sunday when we were with minimal power.
