Michelle, Mike and Kyle were amazing. I foster dogs and was so concerned about the demo and nails flying everywhere in my yard. Not a concern here at all. Mike walked around thoroughly and repeatedly to ensure all nails were picked up before they left. No issues!!! Great company with honest employees.

Had 5 estimates and KAM was the best for cost and the amount and quality of services provided. They were very communicative by phone, email and text. Delivered as promised, great clean up. They take care of everything. Easiest roof installation ever. Highly recommend.

I can't think of a company that deserves an excellent review more than KAM roofing. Their sales rep, Michelle, was professional, helped educate me about what the job encompasses, took careful measurements and really knew her stuff.

Their price was competitive and their workmanship was top shelf. I could see it from our driveway but the building inspector echoed my sentiments. He said they really nailed it. Sorry. I couldn't resist.

They kept me informed when there was a start delay due to supply chain problems. When they did start, they used a trailer instead of dumpster to spare our driveway. Job foreman, Brian, kept me informed during the job. When I had a concern about the reattachment of one gutter, they promptly resolved it.

Despite their best efforts, they missed a number of nails. Three of them punctured one of my wife's tires. The owner, Kyle, not only replaced the $400 tire, he added $200 for the inconvenience. His crew returned to sweep again for nails (and found 12 more).

I wish more businesses were as skilled, ethical and pleasant to deal with as KAM roofing. I'm delighted to recommend them.

We have owned and renovated multiple homes, and never have I met a contractor who was more deserving of an excellent 5 star review. Kyle, and his entire team were prompt, reliable, courteous, impeccably clean professionals. Every step of our new roof, from estimate to final completion, far exceeded any reasonable expectation. I was new to the Florida area and REALLY did my due diligence. I literally had 10 quotes. However, out of the 10 quotes I kept coming back to KAM. They guaranteed their work, they guaranteed to start on time, and I was provided with references to look at their work (the other quotes/contractors didn't give me addresses to their completed work, which was a big red flag).
