Cross Terrace Rehab Center

After a less than pleasant experience with another facility Cross Terrace was recommended for my fathers continued care. From the day he arrived the communication has been amazing. My father is happy with his care, everyone is super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
They have taken the time to get to know my father and his needs and continually work to reach the best possible outcome for him. Our family highly recommends Cross Terrace!

I currently have and have had clients placed here in both the memory care unit and long term care unit and they have all been happy with the care their loved ones receive. The staff is attentive and keep the families informed. My clients report to me that the communication is outstanding. They work well with the professionals to make sure the clients are getting everything they need. They have a nice outdoor area for visits and they have been safe during this difficult time with covid.

This center is highly rated by CMS. The Administrator and Director of Nursing are hands on. They make themselves regularly available to residents and families. Staff are caring and compassionate. Nursing Home workers have some of the hardest working jobs in healthcare. The workers at this center take pride in their profession and the care/services they provide to the residents. They are true heros!!!!!!!!!!!!!
