Laughing Lizard Bed and Breakfast

Staying here for our 30th wedding anniversary has been absolutely wonderful. The house is in a great location. Greg is a super nice guy and made us feel welcome.

What a wonderful place for our anniversary. We stayed in “Lizard Landing”, a studio style apartment right across the street from the beach. Great food is across the street and just down the road. I grew up in Clearwater and have stayed in MANY places local. We’ve lived in TN for 26 years and researched places to see what new and WHAT A GEM. They were so accommodating and we feel so BLESSED to have found this place. We will be returning here for years (with friends 😜)
They have everything you need washer and dryer (with detergent), microwave, full sized coffee pot and Kuerig, kitchen sink, full sized fridge, beach towels, etc

What a great place to stay!! The Laughing Lizard is quaint and clean with easy beach access. The beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. Great restaurants of all types are nearby. The front porch is a wonderfully relaxing place to start or end your day. There is a jet spa, beach umbrellas and chairs available for your use. I would recommend this property to anybody that wants to enjoy “real” Florida beauty.

Wonderful place to say! The owners are very nice & helpfull. The home was spotless & very spacious. Amazing amenities and just a few steps from the beach. I went with 9 other friends for my birthday and stayed in the Lizard Lair. We had plenty of room!

We were a group of 9 in town for a retreat, California, Texas, Georgia and us "locals." The Laughing Lizard was the perfect place to land! Greg was an excellent host, communicative (even though he and his wife were out of town on their own getaway!) during the planning and reservation process. Part of the group came in early and, upon arrival, they had homemade truffles (best ever!!) in the refrigerator waiting for them! We stayed in the Lizard's Lair, the main house, that consists of 4 bedrooms/4 baths on 3 levels..all baths ensuite and an in house elevator to take you (and your stuff!) from ground level up! Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and, with all of us working around the kitchen,...the space to do so as well! The beach is right across the street and the street is easy to cross. You can walk wherever you want to...multiple restaurants, the best French cafe, grab a cocktail...whatever you want to do, the Laughing Lizard is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the area has to offer. This will be your favorite beach place to return to year after year. It is now mine and, our group is looking forward to returning again in the near future!!
