K&K replaced the compensator on my 2017 FLSS today, and it works perfect and performing better than ever. The problem with the bike was diagnosed immediately, and the upgrade was installed much faster than I anticipated.
Ken and Kyle are experts on everything Harley and much faster and budget-friendly than the dealers. I’ve taken both of my bikes to them over the past six years, and recommend them 100%.
Both Ken and Kyle are very professional, thorough, and will communicate about the status of your bike.
I have had them do allot of different repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to my 2010 Road King. No return visits on work performed.

I called K&K for my 15K service on my 2015 RGS (bought w/12k from HD) and while in service I wanted new brake pads installed. K&K worked hard to get the frozen pin out of the rear caliper and instead of just tossing it in the trash and having the bike down for parts, they worked at it for a while and was successful. I don't usually let people work on my bikes but these guys took pride in their work and gained a new customer. When I received the bike back, there weren't greasy fingerprints all over the bike and they wiped it down just like they received it. Great care and service from this company and they have my referral. The communication was great and I knew everything that was going on so I wasn't in the dark and hit with something later etc. Excellent customer service and communication. Now for cam work in the future.

So I stopped with Ken today for a new rear tire. He was alone, due to holidays, so I expected some delay. Here's what happened. At 9am sharp, Ken took my bike in, installed the tire promptly, and had me out of there quickly. Plus he was very friendly and personable in dealing with me. It's nice to know I have people I can trust. Thanks K&K!
I wont take my Bike to anyone else. I trust Ken and Kyle to do the job right the first time at a fair price. They always deliver . Extremely trustworthy and a rare "no nonsense" find in the service industry. My 2003 Ultra classic has never been better!
