Dr. Bernard R. Lopez, MD

I have been going to see both Doctor Lopez and his wife for many years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they treat me. They don’t make you feel judged, they are one of the few doctors who make you feel like they truly care about you, individually. I also would like to say that the front staff, specifically Tara because I mainly work with her, has an amazing charisma about her, and she has been so patient and helpful throughout my experiences with her. Thank you all so much!

Great doctor, worth 5 stars.

HOWEVER, I am a little disappointed that the staff did not call to set up the next appointment, as I was told they would. They picked a day and time on their own and sent an automated text letting me know the appointment was scheduled. This happened last time, and a staff member told me that we scheduled the appointment. WE did not; someone over there did.

This review originally wasn't a great one bc of some mix-ups but in the end I can say the office reached out to me immediately and corrected every issue I had. Cindy is wonderful, called me on her Saturday and completely fixed the situation. Furthermore after speaking to cindy I will certainly be staying with her and recommend Brain institute to anyone who is having mental health or substance abuse issues.

Dr. Lopez and the staff at The Brain Enhancement Institute are the most professional, honest and caring medical facility I have ever visited. I consider myself extremely lucky to have a staff and Dr that are as helpful as they are. God bless you all for your help over the years.

The best doctor I have ever been to. He really listens to you and gives great guidance. By going to the brain enhancement institute my life has changed dramatically in the best way possible! My mental is better than it’s ever been. Thank you so much for listening and standing by my side.
