They are always watching to make sure you have proper form. And the other members are so friendly and supportive. I highly recommend CrossFit Get Salty!

(September 26, 2016, 1:43 pm)I started CrossFit with this gym. I was able to go from out of shape to in shape, then have a baby and bounce back immediately. The programming is scalable and perfect for beginners and high level athletes. I loved it so much I got my L1 and became a coach part time. This gym is not only a gym, it's a community and a family. They have fun events and meetings to keep the sense of community alive. Located in Palm Harbor with easy travel from Tarpon Springs, Dunedin or even Clearwater. I wouldn't be able to call another gym home. Definitely check out Sutherland CrossFit and take the steps to change your life for the better.
