Michael D was very great to interact with. From the time we walked into the store to the time we left, we were greeted with high energy and a helping hand. He was very helpful during our time in the store. He offered to keep in contact to give information on any promos or specials that may run when the new phones come out. Overall really great experience.

Went and saw Mike D. today at Verizon as we needed help setting up our new phones. He was so professional, kind and personable and laid back. He made our whole experience top notch! We aren't the smartest people when it comes to cell phones but he was patient, answered all our questions and explained everything to us! Def recommend if you need help go see Mike at Verizon! About 2 weeks I drove up to the door at 8:54 pm on Saturday night, since it was so late I was just going to ask the hours for Sunday. Mike was so generous he told me to come in right then and had take care of me. I appreciated that SO SO much because I work 12 hour days and it is hard to get things accomplished. Since then I have returned to the store with questions about changing settings and they other gentleman in the store was so great to help me out and not make me feel dumb for not being phone illiterate

Had such a wonderful experience at this spacious location. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Really big shout out to Chris! He helped me decide on a new phone that would work best for what I needed! Chris was able to knock down the price through several promos. He made the whole experience super easy!! Thank you Chris !!

I had a great experience at this Verizon.
It was not theme park adventure or anything, but for having to buy a new phone, it was very enjoyable.
Mike was the man with the plan.
I got a brand new phone and Mike was great with helping me with everything.
He answered all my questions, and let me tell you, I had a lot of them.
I highly recommend this location when shopping for a new phone or when you have any questions.
They also play great music so you are pretty much in a good mood the second you walk in.
