I have had these untrustworthy, what I thought was cheap but was incredibly expensive auto insurance companies, for years. For as long long as I have had a car. And the brokers that sold this policy to me, forget it, not even a little bit helpful. Not friendly. And can barely even understand them. SO, ive researched a time or two, how much a new quote would be, but never really went more then that.
So when this state farm account manager called me today to share a new quote with me, he was not only extremely helpful, he really made me understand that what I was paying at this fly by night insurance company for basic coverage, I was able to get full coverage, and accident insurance all for the same price! I'm pretty psyched to tell my old insurance company that I'll be canceling my coverage with them to go some where better. I hope I can talk my twin sister into getting help from Collin to change over her coverage. Very helpful 👌☺
