I felt that Derrick was honest, fairly priced & went beyond the call of duty.

The person that runs this store is both passionate and professional. The prices are very fair, and the work is consistently beyond my expectations.

Called them to see if they could help with a malfunctioning webcam on my 2016 macbook. I explained all the steps I'd tried to repair it myself and they told me that the repair would be quite expensive and hard to justify the cost of for just the webcam as the whole screen would need replacing due to the integrated nature of this part. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency in a situation where another person would've chosen to make a quick buck.

Shoutout to Derrick for being the best ever. I cracked my computer screen and was searching like crazy for a place to repair it without it costing a fortune. He gave me a straight price with no extra hassle trying to get me to pay for unnecessary diagnostic tests, etc. To be totally honest, he charged way less than any other place and it was a huge relief to me. He ordered the piece that same day and received it in two days, and when he got it he called me and within an hour of me bringing my laptop he had it all fixed up and ready to go. Seriously helped me so much in the midst of studying for exams and finals. He’s super knowledgeable and honest. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

My computer showed signs of crashing when I was trying to work. I call & the owner spent a significant amount of time helping me on the phone first to see what might need to be done so I wasn't wasting my time coming in if I needed a new computer. He was able to put in the newest technology hard drive & got in back to me the same day. My computer is running super fast & smooth. I have been able to get my work done a lot quicker w/ the new hard drive. I couldn't say enough about Bay City Computers. Don't hesitate to go to this shop, you will not be disappointed. Plus if you are looking for a more affordable Apple computer but you don't want to spend the amount for a new one he has some for sale. He will also buy your older computers depending on the year!
