We had to add another automobile to our existing insurance policy. We were in Tennessee and needed insurance to drive the new automobile to Florida. Josie Foster with Acentria in Seminole, FL, was so professional and helpful in getting this automobile added to our policy. She worked quickly with us, did everything electronically and by phone and got the extra coverage added within 5 days! We were so very pleased and relieved to get this accomplished. Josie was a joy to work with and a true asset to your organization.

At first no one would answer the phone and then once I got transferred to Deborah Bradford, she was great! She listened to my needs and provided me excellent quotes same day. I was about to go somewhere else due to the lack of service at when I called but gave it one more try and Thank Goodness for Deborah! I hope the company appreciates her as much as I do.
