Hotel Zamora

Wow— where to start! The entire stay and experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and the most comfortable bed and pillows! Wonderful pool area and roof top lounge. Walking distance to the beach with beautiful white sand. Every single staff member we conversed with was nothing but friendly and willing to help in any way. The valet was fast and friendly— thanks Alfred for your excellent service! Would HIGHLY recommend staying at Zamora!

This is a great hotel with much to be desired... beach is literally across the street, beautiful pool, and walking distance to excellent restaurants!
Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating. There was some confusion upon check in, and they immediately rectified it!

I would have rated 5 ⭐️‘s except for the rude Valet.

When we checked out, my wife tipped valet on the front end. He walked the 50 yds to get our vehicle, then left it in the rain. We had to move our car under the awning, and load our own luggage.
(Yes... I know that sounds entitled, but my wife is oxygen dependent and requires extra time and help.)
In addition to the nonexistent customer service, he then told me, (not asked), to move our vehicle, as someone needed to check in, and get out of the pouring rain.

“Really... you need to tell me it’s raining... My clothes are wet!”

A very bad way to end an otherwise great stay.

Love the Zamora Hotel. I love the feel and size of the rooms, they include a great showers! Two room tucked away behind a great heavy door allows for a more privacy staycation. Such a great location!
We live in Wesley Chapel but stay here as our night or weekend getaway! Always 😊

Incredible views and beautiful kind spa room with beautiful views of the bay. The room was spacious and romantic and the air purifier was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to get married, you found the place! I want to keep this place to myself but our day was very special and gorgeous.
